**Customers must be subscribed to Smarter Trading 411 in order to take part in this promotion. In order to qualify customer must open a new Tradier Brokerage account through the designated landing page and maintain a minimum account balance of $10,000. In addition to maintaining the minimum balance requirement Tradier Brokerage will refund Smarter Trading 411 subscription fees based on the following criteria: $30/mo if customer executes 200-999 option contracts within account in a given calendar month. $299/mo if customer executes 1000+ option contracts in a given calendar month. Limited to one account per household. This  limited-time promotion may be altered or canceled by Tradier Brokerage Inc at any time. Accounts are reviewed at the end of each calendar month and if qualified, promotional deposit will be added to account within 10 business days. 

The Promotion is not open to persons who reside in any jurisdiction where Tradier Brokerage Inc is not authorized to do business, where its products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules, and regulations governing the securities industry, or where otherwise prohibited under the local laws, rules, and regulations of that jurisdiction. Account transfer fee reimbursement is limited to one credit per Tradier Brokerage account up to $100. Reimbursement applies to either partial or full transfers. A statement or account activity document showing the outgoing fee charge is required for reimbursement. Reimbursements are typically credited to accounts within 1 week of receipt of request.
